A MAJORITY OF FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS
A MAJORITY OF WORKING CLASS (Blue Collar) WHITE, BLACK AND HISPANIC, AND MIDDLE CLASS BLACK AND HISPANIC RESIDENTS
A MAJORITY OF TWO AND THREE BEDROOM HOMES SELLING FOR THE AVERAGE PRICE OR LESS IN THAT COMMUNITY.
This will provide you a better return rate of prospects that will be more interested in buying insurance from you.
ZIP CODES THAT YOU SHOULD AVOID are those in areas where families are more established and are normally buying their second, third or last home; retirement communities; or areas where homes sell for more than the average three bedroom home price in your area.
The number and quality of the leads you will receive will be a direct reflection of the zip codes you ask us to mail for you.
UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS OF DIRECT MAIL LEAD DEVELOPMENT
As we have explained, there many benefits of direct mail in developing leads; however, there is one important and uncontrollable characteristic that you must be willing to accept in order to understand how our lead system will work for you: When your order is mailed to your prospects, not all of your leads will return right away or at the same time. It may take as long as EIGHT WEEKS for all of your leads to be mailed back.
The purpose of the introductory mailing is to allow you to work with the initial return of leads so that you can determine whether you would like to begin a SCHEDULED WEEKLY MAILING PROGRAM which will eventually provide you with the steady flow of leads you desire. The longer you wait to start that program, the longer it will take you to receive your lead flow.
